Job Description:As an RYA Certified Instructor in the UAE, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sailing and powerboat training in line with the RYA standards. Your role will involve teaching a range of courses from beginner to advanced levels, ensuring that all training is conducted in a safe, professional, and engaging manner. You will work closely with students of various ages and skill levels, providing them with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their maritime pursuits.

- RYA Senior Instructor 3 years of experience as instructor.

RYA Certification:
Current RYA Instructor qualification (e.g., Dinghy Instructor, Powerboat Instructor, etc.).Experience:
Proven experience in teaching sailing and/or powerboating, ideally with a background in the UAE or similar maritime environments.Safety Certification: Valid first aid and safety training certifications.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
Adaptability:
Ability to tailor teaching methods to different learning styles and conditions.Local Insight:* Familiarity with UAE maritime regulations, weather patterns, and sailing conditions is highly advantageous.
