Job Description:- Responsible for the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) matter relating to the implementation of work requirement of project sites.
Planning, co-ordinate and conduct SHE activities, training, and program.- Verify and review contractors Project Safety, Health & Environment Plan (SHE) and give recommendations
Liaise with relevant internal and external parties on documentation issues pertaining to SHE.
- Perform site inspection and audit in ensuring all safety methods and regulations are being observed.
Lead investigation for any accidents.- Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Management.
To attend all projects Safety and Health meetings.
- Advise and lead employees and sub-contractors on various safety-related topics.
Work closely with customers Safety & Health Officer to ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents.- A qualified and competent Site Safety Officer (SHO) is needed for a project cost more than RM 20 Million
Do regular safety briefing to employees & subcontractors.
Have to possessed a Green Book / Degree holder in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent / Diploma or NIOSH Certification related to Occupational Health and Safety.
- At least 5 Years of working experience on high rise residential construction is required for this position.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in the English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.- Good knowledge in legal requirements and good environmental, safety and health Practices
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
