JOB PURPOSE
To support the development of safety & security plans for all Tahakom's facilities to ensure the safety & security of all employees and properties within emergency response procedures.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement security policies and procedures.
- Coordinates security programs to promote and ensure a secure working environment.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of security programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Continuously monitor the facility for both internal and external security threats and risks
- Advise the management on security-related issues
- Implement local security protocols
- Ensure compliance with both corporate and local security policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security-related incidents
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experience 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in Safety & Security Management
Education & Certifications Technical diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is required
