Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To support the development of safety & security plans for all Tahakom's facilities to ensure the safety & security of all employees and properties within emergency response procedures.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates security programs to promote and ensure a secure working environment.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of security programs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Continuously monitor the facility for both internal and external security threats and risks
  • Advise the management on security-related issues
  • Implement local security protocols
  • Ensure compliance with both corporate and local security policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security-related incidents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge & Experience 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in Safety & Security Management

Education & Certifications Technical diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is required
