Role Objective:
The role objective is to develop and implement the sales strategies to increase the sales of One Engage (sister concern of One Global) services.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Strategic:
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as and when needed to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their accounts.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities to provide competitive advantages.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Develop tactics for lead generation (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, content marketing).
- Adapt to One Engage sales plan based on market changes, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
Operational:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements, marketing, email campaigns, networking events.
- Create relationships with clients to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Present service details to clients once their needs are identified.
- Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, to a sales opportunity, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Follow up with potential clients who expressed interest but did not purchase any services.
- Maintain a work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Develop a smooth onboarding process for new clients, outlining the steps from contract signing to service launch.
- Seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services as the client's needs evolve.
People:
- Understand our ideal clients and how they relate to our services.
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or marketing (Customer experience, customer engagement or related field).
- Additional courses in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Customer Engagement fields (customer experience / customer service).
- Extensive knowledge of outsourcing customer experience/service/engagement industry.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues.
- Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
