Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at Budget Digital Marketing. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, lead generation, effective communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Lead Generation and Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is a plus.
  • English fluency is of high importance to this role.
