Job Description

Dot it is a digital marketing compnay located at UAE , Egypt, and US . We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and drive the entire sales process from start to finish. You will also collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to ensure we deliver outstanding solutions that meet our clients needs. Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [x] years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients
