The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- identify potential clients by collecting information about them, evaluating their content and channels
- make a pool of potential clients and communicate with them to present our services
- Set a meeting with the client online or offline to Define his/her needs and discuss the next step
- Handle the contract with them and close the deal
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Act as the point of contact and handle clients individual needs
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive ( Marketing agency experience is highly preferred )
- Very good in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
