The role
The primary focus of this role will be to identify influencing talent via social media who fit within the brand and to bring them onboard onto our service plan to add future value. You will generate leads through building rapport and carry out due diligence on clients. You will be able to demonstrate ability to increase brand awareness, form and manage key relationships and client deliverables. You will manage multiple daily client meetings via the phone and video presentations and provide excellent after care duties for a high quality client experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source potential relationships through social media and manage follow ups
- Meet sales targets consistently and set new ones
- Convert potential customers to long term contractual clients
- Regularly liaise with clients via multiple platforms of communication
- Generate referrals from clients for our social media programme
- Work closely with the closing and owner relationship team to onboard clients
- Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients and manage clients needs, escalating when required
- Deliver a positive and energetic experience aligned to the company culture
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Plan and book-in 3 brand partnership meetings daily to collaborate with our clients
- Build a pipeline and network on CRM for future follow up
Experience
- Ideally you will come from a targeted sales environment either telesales or face-to-face sales where you will be used to working to daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok etc
- Sales / Marketing / PR experience preferred but not essential
- Fast learner
- Ability to use initiative
- Energetic and bubbly personality
