Location: New Cairo (On-site)

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing client relationships, with a focus on selling HR consultation and Learning & Development services across Egypt and the GCC region. This role involves identifying business opportunities, understanding client needs, presenting customized HR solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a client portfolio within Technology, Transportation, and Telecom, delivering tailored training and management solutions.
  • Identify key players and new business opportunities, crafting proposals that align with each sector's specific needs.
  • Provide regular account updates to management, adjusting strategies based on market feedback.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of clients in Technology, Transportation, and Telecom, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within these sectors, developing tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Meet quarterly sales targets, generating a robust sales pipeline with growth targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to management on account status, client needs, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within Service Sales in fields (Technology, Transportation, and Telecommunication).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English Language.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to convey creative ideas to clients.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Have a valid driving license, and own a personal car.
