Position Overview:
NourNet is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the ICT industry. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Strategy: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the ICT sector. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed of the latest trends, products, and technologies in the ICT industry. Provide clients with up-to-date information and solutions that align with their business needs.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, offering customized ICT solutions to meet their requirements effectively.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and ensure timely closing of sales contracts. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Collaboration: Work with the internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing, and support) to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
- Customer Retention: Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client retention and loyalty.
- Market Expansion: Assist in identifying new markets and regions for business expansion and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of +3 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on the ICT industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of ICT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
