Job Description & Main duties
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retail stores, primarily focused on selling luxury porcelain tiles.
They will actively seek out new business opportunities and drive sales growth within their assigned accounts Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to potential and existing customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our luxury porcelain tiles.
- Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
- Reports: Accurate clear reports with all data and numbers to track revenues and performance
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the luxury porcelain tile market.
- Achieving KPIs set by direct manager and top management
