Sales Account Manager

Seena Pay is a FINTECH company based in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions and accelerated settlements for plastic and elective surgeries. We also provide a booking application for our medical network, allowing doctors in different specialties to receive bookings through the Seena App. Our mission is to democratize beauty by providing easy and affordable access to high-quality cosmetic services.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager at Seena Pay located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Sales Account Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

• Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in the fintech or financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
