Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at Seena Pay located in Cairo. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service
• Strong ability in Lead Generation and Communication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of FINTECH industry trends and products is a plus
