We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team and manage key accounts within the HORECA segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management and sales matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize profitability
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate progress of sales initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
- Proactively identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business with existing accounts
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales, annual forecasts)
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and sales performance
- Assist with handling challenging client requests or issue escalations
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Account Management role
- Proven track record in the F&B, FMCG, or HORECA industries
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-centric approach with a demonstrated track record of building lasting relationships
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Thorough understanding of marketing and sales techniques
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
