Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our sales team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, instrumentation, control systems, and digitalization, with a proven track record in sales. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the United Arab Emirates.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, automation, instrumentation or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of experience working in United Arab Emirates.
Strong background in automation, instrumentation, control systems, and digitalization.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
