Position: Sales Account Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities:

The company is looking for a dynamic, Sales Account Manager for business development in KSA for IT Solutions, Staffing & Outsourcing Services. The candidate will be based in Riyadh, KSA.

The position will report to the Head of IT Services Business Unit. The candidate will be required to sell into KSA based accounts like Banks & Financial Institutions, Govt / Semi-Govt / Public Sector entities & large corporates.

Preference would be for Arabic speaking candidate.

Experience & Qualifications:

The candidate must have:

1. At least 3-5 years experience in selling IT Solutions & Services in Riyadh, KSA.
2. Current or previous experience in selling IT staffing services in Riyadh, KSA is preferred.
3. Must have current contacts & relationship in Riyadh in the sectors mentioned.
4. Thorough understanding of IT Staffing market in KSA covering various resource types, rates, empanelment / vendor-listing requirements, RFP handling etc. will be an advantage.
5. Experience in selling offshore IT services (preferable).
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Experience in communicating with various groups and levels within an organization.
8. Very responsive attitude in handling all communications with the prospect.
9. Strong account management skills.
