Key Responsibilities:
-Process clients orders accurately and efficiently.
-Respond to clients inquiries and resolve client complaints promptly.
-Input client information, sales data, and other relevant information into the CRM system.
-Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as preparing proposals and presentations.
-Coordinate with other departments, including operation, finance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
-Proven experience in a sales role at #certification_body_company.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
