Job Description

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: 5th Settlement, Cairo

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

As Sales Admin you will be the primary support for our sales operations, you will ensure the seamless flow of administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency and success of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day administrative activities to support the sales department.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings.

- Maintain office efficiency by overseeing office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed.

- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, memos, and reports related to sales activities.

- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

- Support sales agents with document preparation, contracts, and client inquiries.

- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective communication and execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

- Previous experience (1-2 years) in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
