Qualifications :- Minimum requirement in Diploma or Degree in any related fields

- Able to communicate well both in written and spoken in English and Malay
- Fast learner with good attitude, able to meet tight deadlines
- Computer literate: MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
- Prepare and send quotation to customers upon Sales Exec / Sales Manager confirmation.
- Prepare Sales Order upon receiving customer's PO.
- Prepare Packing List or Delivery Order, Invoice and arrange shipment upon customer payment for order with Advance Payment term.
- Follow-up with Buyer on the delivery status of items purchased for customer.
- Follow up on the due payment with customer and close them in the Auto Count (AC) upon receipt.
- Save Quotation, customer PO, Packing List / DO and Invoice generated from AC in Shared Drive.
- Monitor ETD to customer. Inform customer if ETD delayed.
- Monitor shipment to customer, track the delivery status and work with the logistic company if any issue rises.
- Cooperate with China partners and local one (eg. FTS) to manage the inventory and logistic.
- Handle inquiries from customer on delivery status, payment etc.
- Fulfill tasks that specified in Quality Management System.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
