  • Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

real estate and will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, overseeing developer registrations and relationships,

generating marketing materials, ensuring audit and compliance, and coordinating various interdepartmental activities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developer Registration & Relationship Management:
Manage and maintain relationships with real estate developers.
  • Handle the registration process with developers and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Marketing & Advertising:
Generate and manage QR codes for marketing campaigns on Trakheesi.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Needs to have experience in posting adverts on portals like Bayut and Property Finder.
  • Audit & Compliance:
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Coordination with HR & IT Departments:
Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for sales staff.
  • Work with the IT department to resolve any technical issues related to sales operations.
  • Due Diligence & Background Checks:
Perform thorough due diligence and background checks on clients and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
Familiarity with Trakheesi and other real estate management tools.
  • Risk Assessment:
Update the risk assessment tool for all sales deals.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Real Estate Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role (Mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of real estate processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Skills and Competencies:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office, including Teams.
