Main Job Purpose:
Sales Advisor is responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction by promoting and selling products, experiences & services for all areas of F&B. To conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities & to take a pro-active approach to outbound sales strategies.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and sales leads.
- Identify and target prospective customers to generate sales leads.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to introduce them to the company's products and services.
- Develop and present proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and maintain ongoing relationships with them.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the company's visibility and exposure in the market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and product improvements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and revenue plan
- Conduct outbound calls on targeted topics according to the F&B calendar and / or on new products, experiences or services.
- Achieve departmental KPI targets to ensure successful conversion rates & departmental sales targets are achieved.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Passion for fine dining and knowledge of the industry trends and customer preferences
