RESPONSIBILITIES
Collation and presentation of data/metrics on a weekly/daily basis.
Forecasting sales figures.
Maintaining and updating the pipeline as required.
Manages the progress of all on-boarded properties to ensure they hit their milestones and are on track according to the project targets.
Provide general information on our services.
Signing of contracts and handover of keys.
Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeframes and provide real-time data.
Acts as an integral part of our bigger sales signing projects due to the growing success of Frank Porter.
Assists with preparing booking contracts for long stays and understands and manages the process for calculating long stays.
Accurately logs, files, and stores all contracts for the department relating to any owner property.
REQUIREMENTS:
Pleasing Personality
Proven track record in Sales
Experience as a People Manager
Previous experience with MIS, creation of reporting systems
Ability to write, implement, and manage policy, procedure, and process
Excellent command of English, spelling & grammar.
Polite, warm, and personable manner
