Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients for both off-plan and secondary market properties.
  • Analyze client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and landlords.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the property market.
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.

To thrive in this role, you should be:

  • Based in Dubai and proven success in the Dubai real estate market, at least 6 month of RE experience.
  • Extensive background in and a strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions or brokerage
  • Flawless and brief communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Negotiating skills with people (both verbal and written).
  • Financially literate and able to work confidently with numbers.
  • Positive, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
