we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our real estate team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties to prospective buyers. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing property recommendations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. You will also work closely with our marketing team to create strategies to attract potential buyers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as needed
- English level very good to excellent
- Car is preferable
- Experience in Real Estate field developer or brokerage
