Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent (Vietnamese Speaker Only) at TechNest Support. The Sales Agent will be responsible for customer communication, sales activities, and providing support in Vietnamese language. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales knowledge
• Training experience
• Fluency in Vietnamese language is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
• Salary Info: Base salary + Commission
