We are looking for a Sales Ambassador with experience in the luxury retail & jewellery industry to join our team in Dubai.
Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic Selling: Maximize sales opportunities and develop potential clients
Story telling/client experience: ability to bring emotion, surprise and culture to the client- Clienteling: Follow-up all sales leads and develop your clients into long-term relationships
Studio environment: maintain excellent condition of all displays, be aware of all security procedures, participate in all stock-takes and in general, maintain the studio to ensure smooth operations
- Perform all After Sales Service activities directly related to final customers
Collaboratively work with the management and keep them informed with new ideas to improve sales- Achieving sales targets and building greater product awareness for our customers
Profile:- Previous experience with minimum 2-3 years, and track record in sales within a luxury retail environment; preferably candidates with high jewellery and timepiece experience
Experience in consultative selling
- A good network of industry contacts to help drive business forward
Results-driven with an ability to work towards sales targets- Flair, confidence, creativity and a passion for customer service
A team player with a can do attitude
