Key Responsibilities: - Undertake and manage variety of sales support and administrative tasks.
2. Drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents based on instructions from superiors.- 3. Data Management for CRM and other customer engagement and marketing programs.
4. Act as key stake holder in managing CRM , and extracting optimum benefits from CRM.
- 5. Preparing presentations for meetings or events by creating presentation materials such as slideshows or handouts etc.
6. Managing the flow of paperwork within an organization by storing, retrieving, organizing, and disposing of records- 7. Providing administrative support by answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling meetings
8. Designing of Electronic Direct Mails, and broadcasting to various customer groups.
- 9. Assist in companys digital marketing activities.
10. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for office related work.
1. Excellent communication and organizing skills.- 2. Proficient on MS Office specially Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
3. Good understanding and experience of CRM tool.
5. Time management, collaboration adaptability.
Graduate in any faculty.
- Experience: 3-5 Year Experience of Travel/ Tourism/ Leisure/ Hospitality Industry.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Arabic and other linguistic skills will be an advantage.
