Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Glasshouse Properties, a leading real estate company in the northen region. As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, marketing properties, and negotiating deals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediary negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Display and market real property to potential buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track record of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- UAE driving license
- fluent Arabic & Russian Speaker is an added advantage.
