The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain high net worth guests
Planing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract prospective customers
Utilising a variety of channels including digital marketing, social media and strategic partnerships to effectively promote the company
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning
Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials
Developing and managing budgets for sales and marketing activities
Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales and marketing team
The Successful Applicant
The Sales and Marketing Director needs to have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
15+ years of sales and marketing experience including minimum of 5 years in a Director of Sales and Marketing role
A career background within international luxury hospitality, fitness or wellness organisations
Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and brand management strategies
Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
