We are a Field Engineering and SMP Manpower Contracting Company head quartered at Al Khobar. KSA

Currently Recruiting highly qualified Sales & Business Development Lead with hands-on experience in the following areas, preferably with a strong background in Energy (power & oil and gas) projects and infrastructure projects.

- Project Staffing

- Field services

- Professional manpower supply

Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role

Oil&Gas, energy, EPC, Infrastructure clients experience preferred.

University Graduate with Very Good Communicative Arabic and English skills.

Good Understanding of business, presentation and promoting company

Generating business queries and leads and converting them to work orders.

Strong Negotiation, presentation, analytical skills.

Central Region (to be based in Riyadh)

Western Region. (To Be Based in Jeddah)

Reporting to HEAD office in Al-Khobar.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Promote & Generate Sales in the assigned Locations by promoting the company services to newly identified leads within the Energy/ Oil and gas/petrochemical industry not limited to services and trade.

Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects, and competitor activity.

Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.

Prepare proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specification.

Assess client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods, system, or services.

Maintain an up-to-date account profile of all customers/prospects.

Ensure timely payment of receivables (collections)

Follow-up with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.

Submit data and management report on time.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Strong background and Hands on Experience in Project Staffing, Field Technical Services & Professional Manpower Supply in the Energy and O&G Sector.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar .

Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in the mentioned field.

Demonstrable successful experience and sales track record as a Sales Executive in KSA.

Team player with Strong communication and time management skills.

Fluency in English - Arabic is Desirable.

Other Details:

Candidate is preferably located in Riyadh & Jeddah with good knowledge of the market.

This position is remote work as there are no MENAISCO Offices as of this point in work locations.

Flexible Working hours

Regular reporting of the daily and weekly reporting as advised by Team Lead.

MENAISCO is willing to offer company car in case candidate does not have transportation means. OR can Re-imburse Fuel and Maintenance Costs.
