Job Description
Contribute to ongoing process improvements;
Maintain current knowledge of organizational and department policies, procedures, and promotions;
Maintain consistent divisional branding in alignment with corporate brand standards and manage content of all marketing materials;
Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations;
Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared before deadlines;
Analyze and evaluate current sales marketing processes, investments, solutions and make recommendations for utilization and efficiencies;
Support sales team activities;
Work with leadership and sales teams to execute touch programs and campaigns through established project marketing and management tools;
Manage and direct public relations campaigns to include but not limited to press releases, social media, webinars, events and associations;
Attend daily meetings;
Coordinate, plan, co-create, and co-manage a variety of marketing related projects;
Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time;
Attend staff meetings;
Assist in production for the accounts we represent;
Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the compan
