- Candidates from companies like Herbalife, DXN, Forever Living Products, and Oriflame will have an added advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Expand and manage a network of beauty and skincare product distributors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Provide sales training and mentorship to team members, tailored to the beauty and skincare industry.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform product positioning and sales tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
- Monitor team performance and implement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and ensure continuous engagement.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in KSA and the Gulf markets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to leverage data for insights.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for adapting to dynamic markets.
