Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Service Engineer at ISS located in Dubai. As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment. You will also be responsible for effective communication with clients and providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications

Troubleshooting, field service, and technical support skills
Experience in maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in the laboratory or scientific industry is a plus
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

High School or Equivalent, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate, Diploma, Certification/Professional qualification
