A reputable company is currently seeking highly motivated sales assistant to join its team. As a member of the sales team following are the responsibilities.
- Sales:
- Develop and expand market channels for steel pipes and plates.
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.- Establish and update customer files, analyse sales data, and identify customer needs.
Enter the contracts data to the company ERP system as required by the sales managers.
- Payment Collection:
- Reconcile accounts with customers to ensure accuracy.
Collect accounts receivable in a timely manner.- Respond promptly to any payment-related inquiries from customers.
- Market Research:
- Collect and analyze market competitive product information.
Gather price information from major steel mills.
- Summarize social inventory data to stay informed about market trends.
- Department Coordination:
- Coordinate daily affairs between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide valuable insights and suggestions regarding price policies.
Requirements:
- Preferably more than two years of experience in sales of steel pipes or plates.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle pressure.
- High standards of professional ethics and conduct.
- Quick thinking, meticulous work, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Language Requirement:
Proficiency in Chinese language is a must. Candidates without Chinese language skills need not apply.
Compensation and Benefits: - Salary and benefits are negotiable.
Chinese Language is compulsory
- Contract period is at least two years.
