Role
:Handles administrative tasks, lead qualification, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.

- Qualifies inbound leads before passing them to Account Executives.

- Manages post-sale activities, such as customer onboarding and follow up.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally in the IT industry or with IT management solutions.
- Familiarity with ManageEngine products and solutions is highly advantageous.
- Experience with CRM software and sales process tools.
- 2 Years experience in similar field
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of IT management solutions (e.g., IT operations, IT service management, endpoint management, and security solutions).
- Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of ManageEngine products.
- Comfortable learning new IT software and tools quickly.
Skills:
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills to support the sales team and interact with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts, keep track of sales support activities, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing documentation, quotes, and proposals.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with both the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Familiarity with IT industry trends and competitive landscape, particularly in IT management tools and solutions.
