We are looking for a sales associate to join our sales team.
Location: Jounieh.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greets customers on the sales floor.
- Customer service management. Provide customer service to all customers and assist them.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Following up with customers after their visit.
- Making sure the showroom is up to standards and completing the daily showroom checklist.
- Assist with seasonal inventories.
- Implements displays for windows and interior as directed by Visual Merchandising.
- Pricing the showroom. + Checking the missing items in the showroom and ordering new items.
- Suggest furniture size, period style, color, fabric, and wood that will complement the customer's home and other furnishings. & Discuss size and measurements for the customer and take sizes for specific items in front of the customer.
- Unrolls bolts of curtains and carpets to display an assortment of fabrics to customers.
- Close deals with customers and walk them out to the door.
- Communicates for delivery of items to customers.
- Check the condition of the items before delivering them to the customers.
- Abide by Company internal rules as well as team spirit.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Continuously improve through customer feedback.
- Meets pre-set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 + of experience in a related job function.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to gain immediate credibility with customers.
- High sense of proper customer service standards.
- Analytical and Meeting target abilities.
- Knowledge of the furniture business.
