We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fragrance Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fragrance products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting fragrance products based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about the features and benefits of various fragrances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
- Keep the fragrance department clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay informed about new fragrance launches, promotions, and special events.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the fragrance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Knowledge of fragrance products and industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluent in Arabic is preferred.
