SALES ASSOCIATE ALAA
As an ALAA Ambassador, you have to achieve sales in line with the ambitious of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience in the Boutique, by providing the highest standards of service.
Key Responsabilities
- Sales driven in line with ALAA commercial strategy and sales ceremony
Reaching monthly store targets with the team
Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT)
Developing cross-selling
Knowing RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary
- Client service excellence
Bringing to life the ALAA customer experience
Representing with the highest standards and promoting ALAA's name and image inside the Boutique
Welcoming Client, in the Boutique, over the phone, by e-mail, according to ALAA guidance and standards
Developing the client book and updating the customer database
Developing Client loyalty through excellent service and Treatment
Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up
- Boutique operations and visual merchandising
Taking part actively in team meetings, events, annual inventory counts and all daily operations as required
Respecting and ensuring the highest standards of the displays in line with the Boutique guidance
Ensuring a constant Boutique cleanliness and tidiness
Respecting and applying security rules and mindset
Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections
Following the ALAA Grooming
