Technical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic understanding of the ecosystem of online ticketing platforms.
- The ability to clean and preprocess data, handle missing values, and ensure data quality is critical for accurate analysis.
- The ability to extract meaningful insights from data and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects within the indirect B2B sales channels to introduce products and services.
- Working closely with customers to determine their needs, managing customer correspondence and complaint resolution.
- Contribute towards achieving revenue targets. Support in securing agreements and contracts and assist in the sales process to ensure prompt completion.
- Aid in planning activities to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Assist and cooperate with the Manager in coordinating sales and promotional activities and campaigns with on sellers, and leisure entities; working closely with the manager and relevant teams to develop and implement targeted messaging and materials.
- Execute requests from reporting line i.e. requests within the broad scope of the roles and responsibilities of this job description.
