Profile:
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales in alignment with the brand's values and luxury image. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities:
1) Customer Service and Brand Representation:
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with brand standards
2) Sales:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals
Promote and upsell additional products, including new arrivals and key pieces.
Maintain in a depth -knowledge of Brunello Cucinelli product, including features, benefits and craftmanship.
3) Store Operations:
Assist in maintaining the store visual standard and presentation.
Participate in inventory management, including receiving tagging and organizing merchandise.
Ensure the store is clean, Organized, and well stocked.
4) Product Knowledge:
Stay Informed about new product arrivals, seasonal collection and brand initiatives.
Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
5) Customer relationships Management:
Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.
Collect and update customer information to enhance personalized service.
6) Team collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Participate in teams meetings and contribute to positive team environment
