Apply sales techniques to telephone and walk-in inquiries for maximizing sales and promote additional products and services according to customer's needs to increase the overall rental revenues.
Responsible for the NPS.
Follow the AVIS Rental procedure as per company guidelines for completing the rental process while ensuring customers are given accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
Take full ownership of customer complaints and work with onsite and offsite teams to achieve resolution and avoid reoccurrences.
Maintain reservations and follow up with customers regarding any enquires or issues.
Coordinating with fleet and other stations to arrange for vehicles when required. Also, ensuring that the cars are clean, full of fuel and ready for the customer's use in order make sure AVIS standards are adhered to.
Maintain and update all rental agreement files and documentation in order to facilitate: check-in/check-out activities and submit reports to the management for review and analysis.
Schedule daily tasks for drivers in order to provide vehicle delivery and pick-up in a timely manner while also ensuring efficient utilization of human resources.
Maintaining daily business reports (DBR) and handling the petty cash and banking regularly to ensure reconciliation of daily financial transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of the rental office area while sustaining a positive work environment.
Vehicle Inspection during check out and check in procedures.
Any other relevant duties related to company's activities as assigned by the management.
