We are currently hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager for one of our clients in the Restuarant field.
This role's purpose is to act as the bridge between a company's services and the market, striving to build and expand the clientele base, increase revenue, and achieve sustainable growth. The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible to establish and nurture relationships that lead to mutually beneficial partnerships and deals and examine the company's competition to develop better development strategies.

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships to drive company growth.
- Develop comprehensive development plans, including sales targets and growth projections, to guide business expansion.
- Conduct market research and engage in networking activities to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize business strategies.
- Represent the company in important business meetings and effectively present the company's value proposition and securing new deals.
- Utilize various channels to promote and market the company's services, maximizing brand visibility and business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the legal department to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
- Actively participate in industry events such as exhibitions and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and network.
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations and actively contribute to sales meetings.
- Provide regular and comprehensive updates and reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a relevant field. Additional professional certificate is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, 5 in which are in a senior managerial role.
- The respective candidate must come from the Food and Beverage or the Restaurant industry.
- Strong market knowledge with proven sales track record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build, establish and maintain relationships and connections.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
