We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Business Development Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target companies to introduce our services and initiate meaningful sales discussions.
Evaluate potential business opportunities to assess alignment with our offerings, identify needs, and determine potential value.
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve predetermined sales targets and drive business growth.
Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Utilize exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products/services to prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to refine sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
Work autonomously and in a team environment to effectively manage time and resources while achieving individual and team objectives.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales prospecting and deal closure
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely and persuasively.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic work situations.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Fluency in English is required.
