Sales Business Development

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services/products. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution to expand our market presence and achieve business objectives

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Research and identify potential markets, clients, and strategic partnerships.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and other outreach efforts.

Sales and Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Market Research and Strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and client acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.

Continuous Learning and Development

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging market opportunities.
• Participate in training programs and sales development initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in HR consultancy or related services.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Technical Skills: Proficient use of MS Office and presentation tools and CRM system
