  • ABOUT THE ROLE:

Respond to client inquiries and leads in a timely manner and as per business guidelines. Ensure the smooth flow of the product and service deliverables and that the business is being closed at a high level of execution.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responds promptly to customer inquiries via different form of communication channels available

· Process orders, forms, applications and requests

· Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes

· Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

· Updates and distributes delivery plan, client requirements and revenue reports in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments or vendors guaranteeing delivery of superior guest service

· Ensures that all payments are properly followed up and updated in the system

· Handles and resolves customer complaints

· Enters the daily revenue in the point-of-sale system as balanced with the final invoice

· Work closely with the Catering Coordinators to ensure all aspects of the event have been cost- effective and serviced both clients and organization needs

· Supports the operations department as required based on business demands

· Promotes upselling and cross selling between different brands and products

· Helps to train new employees and inform the about the companys policies

· Performs other duties as assigned by the leader to meet business needs
  • MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· General Education Degree or equivalent

· Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

· Computer savvy and able to learn relevant computer applications

· Strong customer service skills with a can-do attitude

· At least 1 year of relevant customer service and administrative experience

· Effective in working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledgeable at negotiating and sales.

· F&B product knowledge and experience is a plus

· Must be mentally and physically fit and have the ability to work irregular or long periods

· Should be energetic and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,
  • 00 - AED3,000.00 per month
