Job Description
Sales orders Management/ execution for the trade channels that Tabuk is selling in in coordination with other Sales management in different channels
Achieving company AR / collections objectives within the agreed KPIs
Enhance Tabuk products distribution & availability in the different channels
Cross alignment with finance team to apply the company credit policy
Build / sustain Tabuk healthy relationship with our key customers following Tabuk compliance frame
present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Supervise and support the sales team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales deals
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and coaching to improve sales effectiveness
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Oversee the collection process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment reminders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Prepare regular sales and collection reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), sales forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and process optimization
Last two performance appraisal are fully achieved (Very Good and above)
Experience in the Western region is preferred.
Previous experience in collection and accounts payment management is preferred.
