We are looking for the position of Sales Consultant for our Real Estate Office. Their day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:
- Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services.
Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.- Assessing a clients property needs.
Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
- Analysing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients.
Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions.- Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the clients properties.
- Sell the services and solutions that the company/manufacturer offers.
Maintain and grow a strong client base.- Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients.
Thorough attention to detail.- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
Patience and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong connections and network within Real Estate market.
