Digital Marketing Sales Consultant
The Digital Marketing Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses in the UAE, GCC region, and eventually in Australia. This role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into clients through online and digital communication channels. The consultant will also collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the business owner to establish service offerings, develop sales strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Sales:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various online channels (social media, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase the company's digital marketing services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring consistent growth of the client base.
Collaboration on Toolsets and Packages:
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Specialist to recommend and finalize the list of required digital marketing tools.
- Contribute to the design and development of digital marketing packages, including service offerings and pricing, by analyzing market trends and client needs.
- Provide feedback based on market experience to refine services and align them with client expectations.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to design and implement lead generation strategies.
- Utilize tools and techniques such as SEO, PPC, and social media to attract potential clients.
- Manage and nurture leads through all stages of the sales funnel, providing personalized follow-up and support.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to refine service offerings and pricing strategies based on market demand and client feedback.
Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and position the company's services as solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Track sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates, providing regular reports to management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall business growth.
Collaboration:
- Regularly meet with the business owner and Digital Marketing Specialist to align sales strategies with marketing activities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to refine sales approaches and digital marketing packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in digital marketing & IT services or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and services.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to create and refine service offerings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients online.
- Proficiency with CRM software and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
