Build contacts through personal introductions and networking. Follows/identifies new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Prepares presentations, proposals -based on needs-generating new sales of in accordance with client needs, by using all activities and monitoring tools provided by the company.
To fulfill the daily activities aimed to the development (cross sell and up sell) and maintenance of a quality client's portfolio
Design and present suitable 360 degrees Solution(s) for clients
Organizing, Planning and Marketing.
Provide ongoing service to clients.
Provide timely reports in accordance with the company requirements.
Job Requirements:
College/University graduate.
Arabic, French & English speaking with Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong Work ethics & willingness to grow with people development focus.
Strong communication skills to persuade and influence others.
Business knowledge along with proven record of accomplishments in insurance sales field is a plus.
Valid driving License.
Maintain a professional appearance to provide a positive company image.
