Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Effectively manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market developments and suggest strategies to stay competitive.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Continuously assess and adjust sales strategies to maximize performance.

Qualifications

  • 3 To 5 Years experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
